Services

Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided by BZ Renovations is based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if project scope, material costs, site conditions, or customer requests change. Final pricing will be outlined in a written proposal, contract, or invoice.

Project Scope

Work performed by BZ Renovations will be limited to the scope described in the agreed proposal or contract. Any additional work requested after the project begins may require a change order and may result in additional charges and time.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement, invoice, or estimate. Late payments may result in delays, added fees, or suspension of work until the account is brought current.

Scheduling and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, permit delays, inspections, subcontractor scheduling, or other factors beyond our control. BZ Renovations is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Permits and Approvals

Unless otherwise stated in writing, responsibility for permits, approvals, HOA permissions, surveys, or other required authorizations will be determined in the project agreement. The customer agrees to provide access and cooperation as needed for the completion of the work.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide accurate project information, clear access to the work area, and timely decisions regarding materials, design selections, and approvals. Delays caused by the customer may impact scheduling and final cost.

Materials

Material selections may be subject to availability. If a selected product becomes unavailable or significantly delayed, BZ Renovations may recommend a comparable replacement. Variations in color, texture, grain, or finish may occur with natural or manufactured materials.

Warranties

Any workmanship warranty offered by BZ Renovations will be provided in writing if applicable. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are subject to the terms provided by those manufacturers. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or work performed by others.
